My main priority as the Property Manager is the safety of my residents and employees alike. Currently, we have closed all amenities and our leasing office to help limit the spread of the virus. This will affect residents in multiple ways.
All payments will need to be submitted electronically or mailed to the front office as we will not be accepting any method of payment in the office. For the next 60 days, the convenience fee for the online E-check option will be covered by us. This will allow you the option to pay rent with a method that is free and that also limits the possibility of exposure to all.
For this method of payment, you will only need to have your checking and routing numbers. If you need help with setting this up, we will be more than happy to walk you through the process over the phone.

EMERGENCY WORK ORDERS ONLY
Effective immediately we will only be completing emergency work orders. A general saying that we use to determine an emergency is anything “Fire, Flood, Blood, and HVAC” related.
Concierge maintenance will resume upon the return of our normal business operations.
