General
Your monthly installment includes internet access, trash, and maintenance services. Water and sewer are billed at a flat rate of $15 per person each month. Electricity is billed separately through SimpleBills.

On-site amenities include a newly remodeled clubhouse, modern fitness center, resort-style pool with sundeck, outdoor grills, hammock garden, business center, private study spaces, group study areas, a coffee bar, 24-hour emergency maintenance, private bedrooms and bathrooms, spacious closets, and a close-to-campus location.
Each apartment comes complete with a stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, and microwave, as well as in-unit washers and dryers.
Yes. In-unit laundry is included in each of our apartments for the convenience of our residents.
Yes. Each of our two-, three-, and four-bedroom floor plans feature private bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms.

Leasing
Samford Square is now taking applications for the 2026-27 term, running from August 12, 2026, to July 30, 2027.
Monthly installments can be paid via e-check, MoneyGram, credit card, or online through our resident portal.
Maintenance requests can be submitted online through our resident portal. For emergencies, residents should contact our front desk to take advantage of our 24/7 emergency maintenance services.
Yes. Emergency maintenance is available 24/7 at our Auburn apartments.
Samford Square offers individual, by-the-bed leases that provide residents with peace of mind and financial security. All residents are financially responsible only for their assigned bed space and portion of the rent, and cannot be held liable should any of their roommates miss a payment.
If you are having trouble finding a roommate, Samford Square can match you with someone based on your self-described lifestyle preferences. If you already have a preferred roommate or group of roommates in mind, simply let our leasing office know, and we will be happy to make the arrangements.
